Cumiana is the commune of Europe with several fractions, one ninety, scattered on an area of 60 sq. Km.
Its territory extends for 800 hectares the Provincial Park of the Three Dents and the Freidour; it includes the pre-Alpine circle surrounding the valley
starting at 640 m. s.l.m. up to 1343 m. At the chapel of the Three Dentied at 1445 m. of Freidor Mountain.
Wide spaces and wide valleys capture an almost unthinkable naturalness so short of the Turin metropolitan area and that it is surprisingly intense
And pleasantly those who come for the first time to this territory, made of rocks, plants, water and wildlife.
The scenario is always different, with shades of colors, scents and lights that tend to evolve continuously,
In fact the different exposure of the slopes and the extension to the altitude of the territory make it possible to create multiple situations simultaneously.
It is possible to discover the park and the hills of Cumiana through the dense network of paths created in the past, allowing them to local people and encourage connections between neighbors.
This network has added hiking routes over time and, more recently, forest tracks have been opened.
The area offers excellent opportunities for alpine hikers, and the quality of many ski tracks makes it particularly suitable for alpine riding and mountain biking.

The Canalis, the French occupation of the 16th and 17th centuries, and the Marsaglie castle remembers the famous battle against the Piedmontese troops.
